Update to Item 4 a few entries ago

Hey.

So we are getting food from Monterey Bay Caterers, and will be having hand made chocolates from Petra, mother of the Groom. (Both of which are good).

Here is a break down of the day:

1:30pm-2:00pm -Arrivals
2:00pm-2:45pm – Wedding Ceremony
3:00-3:30pm – Room set-up change
3:30 – Buffet
4:00-4:30 – Toasts
4:30-4:45 – First Dances
5:00-5:30 – Wedding Cake
5:30-6:00 – Boquet & Garter Toss
5:30-7:30 – Party Time!!! :D (Might open gifts for those who want us to), Games Etc.

We could use some volunteers for the ceremony to reception change over (setting up tables/chairs). Please let me know if you wish to help.

So here is some information about our wedding:

1. Parking is in the residential area BEHIND the building. DO NOT park in the stores parking lots nearby, they WILL tow... there is PLENTY of parking in the residential area.

2. Planning is going well. Invites are all sent out. I'm eagerly awaiting the RSVP's from you all :) And can't wait to see you there

3. Directions: If the direction card included doesn't make sense, let us know. We will help you...

4. Dessert and Dancing: UPDATE: There will also be food, but it might not be a dinner. You are welcome to bring a dish to share (pot luck style), we will have plenty of appetizers and dishes to keep you sustained as well as lovely desserts and of course, wedding cake, provided by Robin's Cakes!

5. Schedule of events: 2pm wedding starts, 3pm reception (at same location). 4pm-5pm cake, 5-6pm bouquet tossing/garter, gifts, games, and the rest of the night... dancing away.
